The development in Nørrebro is distinguished by a record low CO2 footprint – as much as 50% less than an average newly built home in Copenhagen. CO2 savings are achieved through greener material choices and smarter use of the home’s area.

BAYO.S has installed 1,200 units. screw foundations that form the foundation for the homes, which are up to 3 storeys high. The screw foundations are installed at a depth of 3.5-6.5 meters for sustainable ground.
