In Helsingør stands the institutional building Snoezelhuset on which Canbyg ApS and Leon Hoffbeck have been the main contractors. BAYO.S Skruefundamenter ApS has delivered and installed the screw foundation.
In 2022, the house was named Construction of the Year. The judges justified the award with the lowest achieved CO2 e/m2/year put into use, as well as the fact that, despite the building meeting the low energy class 2018, the building is able to meet the upcoming BR 2030. On that basis, the building is 8 years ahead of its time.
